Theresa Goh has a total of 20 years experience in the
Information Technology Industry. She established Resource Dynamics
in 1994 to specialize in IT searches for Singapore
and Malaysia
and is the overall Assignment Manager for Asia Pacific positions.
She became an equity partner in ITP (International Technology
Partners) in 1998.
Theresa started her career in 1984 with IBM Singapore where she
held several various positions in software engineering and sales
for global accounts. She was overseeing Sales for the
petro-chemical industry in IBM Brunei over 2 years in 1991 and 1992
and was a Manager for the Open Systems Centre which she helped
pioneer in 1993.
She was the key person behind the organization of the first
Client/Server Exposition in the region for IBM in 1994. Thereafter,
she was involved as a speaker in various industry conferences such
as Client/Server Asia, and the IT industry Symposium in Taipei. She
was also a regular contributor to the Career Section of the
regional publication, Software Asia.
Theresa was the Co-Chairman for ITP in 2002/2003 and is
currently a Board Member.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the
National University of Singapore and is a Certified Behavioral
Analyst with Target Training Institute from USA.
She has a graduate diploma in Applied Psychology from The American
University, and she is certified in Occupational
Testing/Occupational Personality by SHL (Saville
& Holdsworth) in conjunction with BPS
(British Psychological Society). She is in the Advisory Committee
for Management and Business Programs for the Singapore Institute of
Management.
She is happily married and has a young daughter and son.
